Before: Subgrade and Rebar
Compacted granular base, clean wood formwork, and an unbroken grid of fiberglass rebar pinned on chairs. Unlike cheap wire mesh that ends up at the bottom of the pour, fiberglass rebar never rusts and provides permanent tensile strength through severe Minnesota frost heave.
After: Completed Pour
4000 PSI Minnesota winter rated concrete infused with microfibers for multidirectional micro crack control. Finished with clean edging, early entry saw cut expansion joints, and taped off perimeter for a flawless cure.
